Clementine starts her singing career during her worldtour with the international music group Up With People.
The love for music and singing remains and she decides to keep up her vocal skills with several highly professional vocal coaches.
After successfully completing a study in Dutch Civil Law in The Netherlands, she returns to her main passion and follows in the footsteps of great vocal artists with her own sound.
Stages where this humble diva feels at home vary from high end hotellounges and ceremony rooms to large theaters, convention centers, intimate shipcabins, elegant cruiseships and famous jazzbars.
Her audience range: from 2 to 1000+ people.
Clementine' s repertoire contains a large number of covers.
From swinging and sultry jazz standards and songs from the American Songbook to popular contemporary and timeless pop/ soulsongs and ballads.
Several musical, - chanson,-fado, - folk and classical songs complete her repertoire and make her righteously an allround vocalist.
Besides performing with her own band La Clé de Soul & Friends, she also regularly sings as a guest performer in other bands and line-ups.
As a singer/ songwriter, Clementine debuts in June 2011 with her lounge jazz funk CD 'Desire'.
She wrote and produced this CD together with Dutch producer/ guitarist Bas Fortgens.
